I am an Associate Policy Researcher at RAND. My research focuses on workforce development and how the US education system prepares students for work. I am also a research lead at the Harvard Project on Workforce, where I write about workforce development and co-created the Workforce Almanac, an open-access novel dataset that maps nearly 17,000 training providers in the workforce development sector.
In 2024, I completed my Ph.D. at Harvard University in Education Policy and Program Evaluation. I was an NAEd/Spencer Dissertation Fellow and a Partnering in Education Research Fellow. Prior to entering graduate school, I was a research director at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University. I hold a bachelor's degree in social policy and economics from Northwestern University.
